Fraternity and Sorority Student Life

football Fraternity and Sorority Student Life at the University of Oklahoma began in 1905 when the first fraternity chapter was established. One hundred years and thousands of members later, the fraternity and sorority community is thriving and now offers over 45 national chapters.

Fraternity and Sorority Student Life consists of the Interfraternity Council, Panhellenic Association, National Pan-Hellenic Council, Multicultural Greek Council, and Latino Greek Council. These groups are the governing bodies that coordinate and oversee all fraternities and sororities recognized at the University of Oklahoma. Fraternity and Sorority Student Life is a division of the Student Life Department.
